BlinkLab Limited is set to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 4 April 2024 under the ticker code BB1, following an oversubscribed IPO that raised 7m at 0.20 per share.

The company, originating from Princeton University neuroscientists, has developed a smartphone-based diagnostic platform for autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions, leveraging AI and machine learning. BlinkLab's technology, which has shown high accuracy in clinical trials, combines smartphone capabilities with a secure cloud-based platform for data analysis, aiming to improve early diagnosis and treatment outcomes. The company plans to undertake a pivotal registrational study for FDA 510(k) registration and is exploring additional diagnostic tests for conditions like ADHD and schizophrenia.
