Botala Energy Ltd has entered into a binding Heads of Agreement with Amsterdam-based AAAS Energy to jointly develop the Leupane 250MW Solar Project in Botswana, with AAAS Energy committing to an initial development capital of A$1 million and both parties sharing subsequent costs equally.
The partnership aims to enhance Botala's renewable energy project portfolio, leveraging AAAS's solar development expertise, and marks a significant step towards integrating renewable energy with gas to support sustainable energy development in the region.
