Why did you start the business? : Angus was a very early adopter of cryptocurrency and I (Alex) was a serial entrepreneur. We saw an opportunity to dramatically improve on the offering available at the time to Australian crypto users, who were being overcharged on both fees and spreads, as well as being unable to access real customer service. From day one, we wanted to build the most customer-centric platform in the country. We achieved that by becoming the top-rated exchange in the county and the rest, as they say, is history.
