Oceania Healthcare reports a significant increase in new sale volumes by approximately 20% and resale volumes by approximately 14% for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2024, alongside successful divestments totaling nine sites with gross sales proceeds of around $40m, and plans to complete 224 new development units in FY2025.
Additionally, the company has made key executive appointments, enhancing its leadership team, and will announce its full-year financial results on 24 May 2024.
