RLF AgTech Ltd has acquired LiquaForce, an Australian liquid fertilizer business, for $3M cash and $0.75M in RLF shares, with a deferred cash payment of $0.75M.
This acquisition provides RLF with a platform for growth, particularly in the Queensland region, and complements its existing revenue from China.
