Hein Vogel, CEO of Touch Ventures, will leave the company around 29 March 2024 to pursue other opportunities.
Vogel has been with Touch Ventures for four and a half years and played a key role in listing the company and establishing its investment portfolio.
His departure is by mutual agreement with the Board of Directors, amidst the emergence of a new significant shareholder, Gannet Capital.
Touch Ventures is reviewing its investment strategy and structure, with an update expected at the Annual General Meeting in early May 2024.
